The West Coast Farm Plan Project is a farmer led and farmer focused initiative set up to facilitate the development of farm plans for all West Coast farmers.
This exciting initiative is where farmers will work collectively with industry to develop a Farm Plan that is relevant and specific to them and their farm.
Working together
Through three workshops and one farm visit we will guide you through creating your own Farm Plan alongside other farmers. This is an opportunity to discuss common issues and develop new solutions as part of a team.
Fully funded
This fully funded programme is the first of its kind on the West Coast. The only cost to attend is your time.

All learning materials are available online for you to review in your own time between the sessions and share with your farm team.
